This application seeks relief in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate and set aside two judgments of conviction of the defendant petitioner rendered in the Supreme Court, Rensselaer County, on the 19th day of December, 1946, of the crimes of grand larceny in the first degree and escape, entered upon the pleas of guilty thereto made by the defendant when arraigned upon the indictments therefor.
