We granted a certificate of probable cause to consider High’s contentions on writ of habeas corpus. For the factual background of the case see High v. State, 247 Ga. 289 (276 SE2d 5) (1981), where this Court affirmed the imposition of the death penalty; Brown v. State, 247 Ga. 298 (275 SE2d 52) (1981); and Ruffin v. State, 243 Ga. 95 (252 SE2d 472) (1979), where we affirmed death sentences imposed upon High’s co-actors.
