Sikes v. Reliance Federal Savings

—In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Reliance Federal Savings appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Goldstein, J.), dated July 10, 1995, which denied its motion for summary judgment, dismissing the plaintiffs’ complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
