MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HAND, Senior District Judge.

Before the court is plaintiffs’ motion for remand to the Circuit Court for Mobile County, Alabama (Doc. 7). Upon due consideration of all pertinent portions of the record, the court concludes that the motion to remand should be denied.

I. BACKGROUND
