Defendant-appellant, Advance Freight, Ltd. (“Advance Freight”), has taken the instant appeal from the entry of judgment below in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Square D Company (“Square D”), on Square D’s complaint to recover freight transportation charges billed and collected by Advance Freight in contravention of the Interstate Commerce Act. On appeal, Advance Freight presents five assignments of error.
