—Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Irma Vidal Santaella, J.), entered on or about April 11, 1988, which denied the motion of defendant Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the third, fifth and sixth causes of action of the complaint and strike the claim for punitive damages against it, is unanimously reversed on the law to the extent appealed from, and the motion to dismiss the third, fifth and sixth causes of action is granted, without costs or disbursements.
