This appeal is from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Nickerson, J.) entered February 22, 1988 denying appellant James Innes’s application for a writ of habeas corpus. The petition for habeas relief arose from a dispute concerning the effect of appellant’s plea bargain in New York State Supreme Court.
