OPINION

BASSLER, District Judge.

The German National Socialist (“Nazi”) era of the 1930’s and 1940’s will forever be remembered for its virtually unparalleled systematic brutality and inhumanity. Complicit in this bureaucratic barbarism, committed at the time by a modern industrialized state, were numerous German companies and businesses who employed slave and forced labor, appropriated private property, and committed other wrongs against individuals.
