The pertinent facts in this case may be stated as follows r K. C. Corhan and M. Numair were the owners of a building, a lease of two lots in the city of Hopewell upon which. *226the building was situated, a theatre license and certain contracts and personal property, all of which together constituted or pertained to what was locally known as the American Theatre.
