OPINION
WALKER, Chief Justice.
Appellant, Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., one of the plaintiffs below, appeals the final judgment entered in Cause No. 40,965 by the 253rd Judicial District Court of Liberty County, Texas, the Honorable W.G. Woods, Jr., presiding. Other plaintiffs below, Bank One, Texas, N.A., successor-in-interest to the Deposit Insurance Bridge Bank, N.A. and N.C.N.B.
