This was a proceeding in the Circuit Court of Wayne county, to assess damages on the dissolution of an injunction. The hill does not appear in the record and its scope and object can only be gathered from the decrees and orders made in the case. Erom these it appears that on a hearing in vacation before the Hon. T. S.
