This is a libel for divorce and comes before the court upon exceptions and a motion.

1. The first exception is to the declarations of one Pinkham, claimed to be admissible as an agent of the defendant. What particular declarations were objected to does not appear from the exceptions, but the objection covers all. Therefore, by a well known rule of practice, if any of them were admissible, the exception must be overruled.
