THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Plaintiff, Calvary Chapel Church Inc.’s Memorandum Of Law In Support Of Plaintiffs Motion For Preliminary Injunction (DE 2), which the Court construes as a Motion For Preliminary Injunction. An evidentiary hearing regarding this matter was held before the Court on November 14, 2003.
