MEMORANDUM & ORDER

GORTON, District Judge.

On December 28, 2011, 841 F.Supp.2d 456, 2011 WL 6934416 (D.Mass.2011), this Court allowed defendant’s motion for attorneys’ fees and costs on the grounds that 1) the Complaint was frivolous and filed for an improper purpose and 2) plaintiffs counsel breached his duty to investigate its factual basis. Pending before the Court is plaintiffs motion for reconsideration.
