Meredith v. Allen County War Memorial Hospital Commission

I would affirm the order of the District Court dismissing this action for lack of jurisdiction. I do not believe this type of case was contemplated by the Congress as coming within the scope of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985(3). Flemming v.
