| ] Defendant, Jeremiah R. Teno, appeals his convictions on the charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a violation of La.R.S. 14:95.1 (Count 1); illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments, a violation of La.R.S. 14:94 F (Count 2); and aggravated assault with a firearm; a violation of La.R.S. 14:34.4 (Count 3); as well as his sentencing for those three convictions as a habitual offender.
