— These matters are before us on appeal from decisions of a district justice. Counsel for appellant and counsel for appellee appeared before the undersigned and. requested that these cases be consolidated for purposes of this appeal and that they be decided upon the record re*230turned by the district justice, a stipulation of facts, and briefs.
