This case comes before the court on motion ex parte defendant, Sunray Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Inc., for judgment non obstante veredicto.

*87Stanley W. Arnheim, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, brought suit in assumpsit against Sunray Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, and Nicholas J. Nigro to recover real estate broker’s commission. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against corporate defendant in the sum of $2,125, without interest.
