— Appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed August 8, 1973, which reversed a referee’s decision and awarded death benefits to the widow of a 58-year-old deceased employee whose death it found to be the result of an industrial accident consisting of a myocardial infarction precipitated by the deceased’s strenuous work activities.
