A. Z. Vassar prosecutes this appeal to reverse a decree dismissing his complaint for want of equity iu a case in the chancery court wherein he sought to compel J. 0. Mitchell by a mandatory injunction to remove a fence along* the side of his property over which the plaintiff claimed that he had acquired an easement for a private driveway.

The undisputed evidence shows that N. H. White formerly owned both lots or parcels of ground which are situated in Fayetteville, Ark. On the 8th day of July, 1921, N. H. White conveyed by deed to A. Z. Yassar a strip of land 100 feet long north and south, and…
