This case involves a motion for a protective order in connection with a federal grand jury subpoena. It raises important and difficult questions of: (1) the extent to which the United States Attorney may disclose material subpoenaed before the grand jury to personnel of other government agencies assisting in .the investigation without violating the secrecy of the grand jury, and (2) the extent to which Fed.R.Crim.P. 6(e), upon which the government relies for authority to disclose, comes to grips with the realities of the grand jury investigative…
