b The defendant, Terry Wayne Sullivan, was charged by amended bill of information with aggravated second degree battery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:34.7, resisting an officer with force, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:108.2, simple battery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:35, and simple criminal damage to property, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:56. After a trial, defendant was found guilty of the responsive verdict of attempted resisting an officer, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:108 and 14:27. He was found guilty as charged of the other offenses.
