Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), entered September 7, 2000 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent denying petitioner an exemption from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Law, and (2) from an order of said court, entered December 15, 2000 in Albany County, which denied petitioner’s motion for renewal.
