General Builders, Inc. is a Nevada building contractor specializing in the construction of commercial and public works projects. John Sieben is the president and a principal shareholder of General Builders. On May 10, 1994, General Builders was awarded a public works contract to enlarge and remodel the Humboldt General Hospital (“the Hospital”) in Winnemucca, Nevada.
