The defendant, Alfred Hold, is charged with attempted assault in the third degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 120.00 [1]), menacing in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.14 [1]), reckless endangerment in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.20), harassment in the second degree (Penal Law § 240.26 [1]) and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 265.01 [2]).
