This action was instituted by plaintiffs against the defendant Moshassuck Transportation Co. to recover the value of certain merchandise consisting of_ textiles owned by the plaintiffs, and which had been turned over to Moshassuck Transportation Co. for delivery to certain designated consignees in the city of New York. The Moshassuck Transportation Co., as third party plaintiff, brought in the Conboy Trucking Corp., as a third party defendant.
