R. Bodden Coin-Op Laundry, Inc. (Bod-den) appeals a final judgment which was entered after a jury trial at which Bodden was only partially successful. Bodden is a Florida corporation engaged in the business of leasing space at condominiums, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, hotels, and motels and operating a coin-operated laundry business from the leased locations.
