I respectfully disagree with the majority view that the trial court did not commit reversible error when it allowed the State to impeach Tequila Hall over the objections of appellant’s counsel by playing a tape of a statement Hall gave to investigators John Colridge and Alan Jordan of the Miller County Sheriffs Office on May 11, 1998.
