This matter comes before the court upon a petition filed on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of Clearfield County seeking an order directing controller-defendant above-named to approve payment of a bill from Swift, Kennedy & Company, Inc., of DuBois, Pa., for the premium cost of a collective bond for all tax collectors within Clearfield County.
