ORDER
JOHN S. DALIS, Chief Judge.
The Georgia Department of Revenue (hereinafter “Georgia”) by motion seeks to alter or amend the order dated September 26, 1996 denying Georgia’s motion for summary judgment in this adversary proceeding filed by Raymond and Cynthia Headrick (hereinafter “Debtors”) alleging violations of the automatic stay, 11 U.S.C. § 362 1 . The Court has jurisdiction to hear the complaint as a core bankruptcy proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A)(B) & (0). The motion is denied.
