*1324Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County (Joan E. Shkane, J.), entered December 16, 2014 in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, inter alia, awarded custody of respondents’ eldest minor daughter to petitioner Sarah Roseman and custody of respondents’ other two minor daughters to petitioner Cynthia Carroll.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by vacating the fourth and fifth ordering paragraphs and as modified the order is affirmed without costs, and the matter is remitted to Family Court, Oneida…
