Appeal from a judgment of the Steuben County Court (Joseph W. Latham, J.), rendered November 16, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the second degree, attempted assault in the second degree, as*1487sault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, petit larceny and tampering with physical evidence.
