The plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Carl A. Anderson, brought this action to recover damages for his death, which she alleged was caused by the joint negligence of the defendant, the~Missouri Pacific Railway Oom'pany, and the engineer in charge of the locomotive, which struck and killed him.
