¶1 C. Johnson, J.

This case is a companion case to City of Redmond v. Bagby, 155 Wn.2d 60, 117 P.3d 1126 (2005) and involves a challenge to the driver’s license suspension procedures based on a criminal conviction of a minor. Pursuant to RCW 46.20.265, minors convicted of possession of alcohol or drugs shall have their driver’s license suspended as part of the sentence imposed. Joseph Hawkins challenges a decision denying his motion to vacate five separate convictions of driving while license suspended. We affirm.
