ORDER
Thomas Giddings (plaintiff or Giddings) appeals a Family Court order that modified custody in response to an emergency motion for custody brought by the child’s mother, Nicole Arpin (defendant or Arpin). This case came before the Supreme Court on May 2, 2017, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
