On Oct. 4, 1921, the plaintiff filed a municipal claim in this court against a house and lot belonging to the defendant, in the Borough of New Holland, for the cost of laying a pavement in front of it, together with 20 per cent, penalty and 5 per cent, attorney fee, amounting in all to $519.99. The filing of such claim is authorized by the Act of May 14, 1915, P. L. 312, and its supplements. This sci. fa. was issued upon that municipal claim.
