MANTON, Circuit Judge.
The relator sued out this writ of habeas corpus, demanding his discharge. In his petition, he alleged that he was a resident of Yonkers, Westchester county, N. Y., and that he has been deprived of his liberty without warrant of law. He relates that he has been indicted by the grand jury of the Southern district of New York on three separate charges of crime, which are referred to hereafter.
