David Carlisle sued Bonifacio Mendoza Alcon and Alcon’s employer Holmes & Company of Orlando (Holmes) for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Both defendants raised the defense of insufficient service in their answers, and moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of service. The trial court denied the motions, certifying the order for immediate review, and this court granted an interlocutory appeal. Upon review of the entire record, we affirm the trial court’s order.
