INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff Jennifer Oliver a/k/a Jennifer James (“Oliver") brought this action pursuant to G.L.c. 90A, §14 seeking judicial review of a decision of the Board of Appeal on Motor Vehicle Liability Policies and Bonds (the “Board”) suspending her driver’s license as a result of her violation of G.L.c. 90, §24(l)(f)(l) and previous convictions for operating under the influence (“OUI”).
