This matter is before the Court on Eli Lilly’s 1 Objection to Chapter 13 Plan, Motion to Convert Chapter 18 Case to Chapter 7 Case or, in the Alternative, for Dismissal of Case and in consideration of confirmation of Debtor’s plan. A response to the objection was filed by the Debtor, Holli Lundahl (“Debtor”).
