Bartow Regional Medical Center (BRMC) petitions for certiorari review of an order requiring it to produce various documents in the underlying medical malpractice action brought by Ollie J. Kirkland. This proceeding follows a prior BRMC petition for writ of certiorari that we granted in Bartow HMA, LLC v.
