OPINION

{¶ 1} Michael K. Love appeals from the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, dismissing his petitions for postconviction relief. We affirm.

{¶ 2} September 25, 1998, the Lake County Grand Jury indicted Mr. Love on two counts of murder, in violation of R.C. 2903.02(A) and (B), each carrying a firearm specification. State v.
