Appellant Tina Engle was injured on August 7,2003, while she was attending an offsite work event. Her claim for benefits was denied by the administrative law judge (ALJ), who determined that appellant had failed to prove that she sustained compensable injuries as defined by Ark. Code Ann. § 11 — 9—102(4)(B)(iii) (Supp.2005) because she was not performing employment services at the time of her accident.
