Before the court is an action to avoid a preferential transfer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) filed by Noreen Wiscovitch Ren-tas acting as the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) on behalf of the estate of Manuel Enrique Net Velazquez (“Debtor”) against Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaría de Puerto Rico (the “Bank”).
