VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] Clinton John Gardner appealed from a district court judgment affirming a North Dakota Department of Transportation hearing officer’s decision suspending his driving privileges for one year. We affirm.

[¶ 2] On January 21, 2012, Stark County Deputy Sheriff Tim Josephson responded to a report that a vehicle had lost a wheel, driven through a farmyard, and possibly driven through a fence.
