MAUGHMER, Commissioner,

Patsy Joan Greer, natural mother of Janet Loraine Greer, an infant minor, appeals from a judgment which decreed her daughter to be a “neglected child” under the laws of Missouri, made her a ward of the court, divested the mother of custody and granted custody to the “County Welfare Director of Bates County, Missouri”. Such appeal is authorized by Section 211.-410, V.A.M.S.
