This action comes before the Court on the motion to compel by defendants Norfolk *557Southern Corp. and Norfolk Southern Railway Company (collectively “Norfolk Southern”) [DE # 30-1]. Norfolk Southern seeks an order compelling plaintiff PCS Phosphate Company, Inc.
