Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Connor, J.), entered July 29, 1992 in Greene County, which denied plaintiff’s motion to, inter alia, confirm a Referee’s report of sale.

Plaintiff brought this action to foreclose a mortgage on real property situated in the Village of Coxsackie, Greene County. Ultimately, plaintiff obtained a judgment of foreclosure and sale and a foreclosure sale was conducted at the Greene *1038County Courthouse in the Village of Catskill.
