People v. Mack
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York
1Opinion of the Court
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Katz, J.), rendered July 29, 1999, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Rosengar*447ten, J.), of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
