Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed December 29, 2014, which ruled that claimant did not sustain a causally-related injury to his back and denied authorization for surgery to his right shoulder.
In 2008, claimant, a preschool teacher, was injured when he was involved in a physical altercation with the parent of a student.
